Usually with a short conversation — by phone or in person — to understand your situation and whether our approach might be a reasonable fit. If it seems like it could be, we discuss scope, timing, and fees before any agreement is reached. There is no commitment required to have that initial conversation.

We request your recent financial statements and have a working session with whoever handles finance internally. We review the materials, ask follow-up questions, and within a few weeks deliver a short written memorandum — our observations and some questions for your leadership to consider. It is not an audit; it is a considered outside reading.

Confidentiality is a standard part of how we work. We sign non-disclosure agreements before reviewing any financial materials, and we do not discuss client matters with third parties. Our work benefits from candour on your side, and that requires trust on ours.

The published fees reflect typical engagements. If your situation is simpler or more complex than the standard scope, we would discuss that and agree on a fee that reflects the actual work involved. We prefer transparency on this point from the beginning.

Yes, though most of our client meetings take place in Bangkok. For businesses based elsewhere in Thailand, we can conduct much of the engagement remotely and arrange in-person sessions when useful. It is worth raising in our initial conversation so we can plan accordingly.
